Procurement

OSP optimizes products and services to achieve client objectives, by leveraging on the direct relationship with several manufacturers and reputable distributors globally. Speci c categories of materials, equipment, and services are assigned to a highly knowledgeable procurement team for ef cient sourcing. In situations where an approved OEM list is not provided by client, we select OEMs and suppliers from our in-house Approved Manufacturers List (AML), obtaining clients approval before placing orders.

OEMs and suppliers on our AML are meticulously selected after due process has been undergone. All of our manufacturers are API and/or ISO approved.

• Piping / fitting
  Piping / Fitting Fasteners, Studs, nuts, gaskets, packing, seal, pipe, fittings, anges (stainless steel /carbon steel / chrome moly and resin based) / elbows, Tee, reducers.
• Mechanical valve
  Gate / Globe / Check / Ball / Plug / Butter y Safety Valve, pneumatic valve, electro pneumatic valve, hydraulic valve, motorized Valve. Actuated Valves (Level Control Valve (LCV), Flow Control Valve (FCV), Pressure Control Valve (PSV) Shutdown Valves)
• Line Pipes
  Octg (casing pipes, tubing pipes, drilling pipes)

• Controls
  Control panels/ process control systems/control house instrumentation (including bulks; differential / gauge / temperature pressure transmitter, panel recorders, alarm systems, trip amplifiers / signal conditioning / standby power / battery backup unit / furniture, cabinetry, termination racks), measurement devices (field / laboratory / process stream / level / flow / weighing / weigh belts / tank analyzers / gauges / meter shut down systems – triplicated redundancy system, dual systems.
